Contrat d'option signé entre la Société Minière de Kilo Moto(Sokimo) et Alsesy Trading (Alsesy SPRL). Alsesy SPRL s'engage à verser à Sokimo la somme de 20 000 USD d’indemnité forfaitaire à la signature du contrat avec des frais d'option annuels fixés à 75 000 USD.
