This note concerns the analysis of the 2016 EITI Scoping Draft Report carried out by the Women's Dynamic on Natural Resources (DYFREN) as part of its governance program for extractive industries. It is by using the new 2016 EITI standard that DYFREN established a comparative study on the different points that are the subject of the analysis. These are: beneficial ownership, state participation, social payments, prospecting, production and export, sub-national transfers, and provincial tax.
